Disney Characters in The Walking Dead

The Walking Dead and Disney cartoon characters aren’t two things most people would put together. However, artist Kasami-Sensei on Deviant Art, put those two concepts together beautifully. Here are just some of her many pieces of art showing what your favorite Disney characters might look like if they battled walkers in a post-apocalyptic world.

After the zombie outbreak in Agrabah, Aladdin, Jasmine and Abu had to leave with just a few supplies. Luckily, Al remembers plenty about living off his wits. Jasmine is pretty fierce, so there’s no need to worry about her.

As twisted as Maleficent can be, she can definitely survive the zombie infested world. Her magic doesn’t stand up against being attacked by walkers, so she’s taken to her favorite weapon — a chainsaw. She actually enjoys lopping off their heads.

Adam (the Prince formerly known as the Beast) and Belle decided to leave the refuge of the castle to help the poor people in the countryside. Belle has gotten pretty good with a cross bow, and Adam still has some beastly tendencies while fighting off zombies. Most people in the countryside can rest easy knowing these two are around.

Princess Merida was already well trained with a bow and arrow, but now she has an updated weapon! She can take down several zombies from far away, so she rarely has to do close fighting. The scratch on her arm was just an accident and not zombie-inflicted.

Poor Tiana lost Naveen to a zombie attack. She carries his shrunken head with her for good luck. She’s deadly with the katana that she carries around.

After Prince Hans turned into a walker, Kristoff happily cut off his head with his ax. He carries around Prince Hans’s gross rotting zombie head now just for fun, and to scare Anna. A dog is a much better companion than reindeer Sven.

Poor Wendy hasn’t taken too well to the zombie outbreak (Michael and John didn’t survive), but Peter came back from Neverland to help. They met up with Alice, who now has no fear of strange and scary creatures.

As you might have guessed, Mulan is doing alright for herself. She had to separate from Shang, who was off fighting marauders who are taking advantage of the new chaotic world. Mulan is protecting her land from all sorts of dangers.

Simba and Nala in their human form, have come to help fight the zombies. Nala fashioned her weapon herself and is fearless just like her lioness form. Simba protects anyone and everyone from walkers and bad living people alike.

Emperor Kuzco, of course managed to keep his life of luxury. He has those around him protecting his palace and even did some redecorating. He doesn’t mind the zombie apocalypse one bit.

The original Disney Princesses teamed up as fighting cheerleaders to slay the walkers. Cindy, Snow and Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) aren’t waiting for their princes to protect them. The Princes are too busy trying to rule their dying kingdoms.

The outbreak didn’t turn out too well for John Smith. Pocahontas didn’t waste any time to go into survival mode though, and now her old boyfriend is a pet zombie. Pocahontas is tough and can take care of herself.
